Branding a new concept - A Wedding Boutique called The Aisle Edit

When Charlotte and I met to discuss her newest venture The Aisle Edit I was thrilled to work on a brand that would bring couples into the perfect wedding shop to the North West. I came up with ideas that worked with the mood board and would pop in the amazing space - A CHURCH!

01. The Mood Board

You will notice as time went on the brief stayed the same but the colours evelved to suit an overall pink aesthetic. One of these elements was continued into the final design.

02. Initial Concepts

All designs had a mix of monograms that were based on shapes and elements from the church itself.

The design inspiration was making a feature of the ‘aisle’.

This design was bolder to give a different look.

This font was chosen to give a more editorial look.

This design added a full stop based on some of the church windows.

03. The Final Design

The final design was one of my favourites. It has the lovely slant to the aisle to highlight the walkway we all think of. Finished off with a lovely mark based on the windows you can see below. This symbol works throughout the branding and can be used to gain brand recognition.
